Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Open for 100% remote)
Duration: 5 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $21.99/Hr on W2

- Understanding of sports and recreation
- History in playing sports
- Building 15-20 registrations a day and emailing them out to the customers. Possible revisions on registrations.
- Check in with team and reporting manager to see if there are any outstanding tasks, work within queues, they get tickets assigned to them, follow directions to build out registrations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1 year sales call center experience
- Proven ability to upsell into an upscale, premium product experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professional Customer Service
- Solid sales aptitude with ability to excel at consumer-direct sales, including the ability to adapt sales presentations depending on the consumers’ needs and wants
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, team-oriented and fast-paced environment with the ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude
- Exceptional attendance, reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to established break/lunch times
- Ability to accommodate schedule and activity/priority changes on short notice
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to speak foreign languages, particularly Spanish and/or Mandarin, is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and clients through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email, and click to chat
- Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners through honesty and integrity
- Continue to be well-versed in all products and relevant theme park information in order to effectively present and discuss all products and services offered
- Process ticket sales and reservations according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
