Primary Job Function:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at Advanced Water Softening, you will be responsible for providing the level of Customer Service only a family-owned business can provide; answering phone calls and scheduling appointments is a big part of the job. However, the intangibles are what we are after. We are searching for an employee that would consider themselves a people-person and is willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Smile through the phone mentality!
• Address problems and requests using collaboration and teamwork
• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries in a timely manner
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Provide field technicians with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
• Enter data in our computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
• Emailing customers and following up with requests
• Using cash register and assisting with walk-ins
• Working alongside billing department to accept and post payments
• Available to work at our Ledgewood location or Butler location

We offer paid training for our computer system in our Butler location, paid sick days, paid medical insurance, and paid vacation days.
