Customer Service Representative
ICA and Standard Metal Industries, dual manufacturing companies, are seeking a well-rounded individual to fill a full-time and/or part time Customer Service Representative. A friendly, reliable, and detailed oriented person is needed to provide support to production and shipping, in a small office setting. The position will work closely with all managers to make sure all aspects of the office are taken care of. The right person will be welcome on our management team.
Must be dog friendly!
General Duties:
-Entering orders, scheduling incoming/outgoing shipments, and quoting customers
-managing warehouse priorities
-scheduling production
-Production and Inventory Control
-managing crew job assignments and maintaining accountability
-Answering and properly directing incoming calls
-Filing
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Excellent Communication, Organizational, Data Entry and Time Management Skills
-Ability to multitask and attention to detail must
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work under little supervision
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to adapt quickly to changes without affecting quality of work
-Must be motivated
