Customer Service Representative

Veterinary Dental Specialties is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our Pflugerville practice. We proudly serve our community with the best dental pet care possible. We pride ourselves on outstanding Customer Service and excellent patient and customer care.

We seek a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, updating and reviewing treatment plans and associated estimates, processing invoices, updating client files, and working with doctors and nurses to maintain an efficient workflow. We pride ourselves on providing excellent Customer Service to our clients and their pets to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience as a receptionist/CSR in a veterinary hospital. Knowledge of Ezy Vet software is preferred.

This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Friday. The practice will open for full-time service on February 1st, 2024. Remote training will begin prior to this start date. The candidate must also be able to commute to work.
