Job Duties:
- Ensuring customers’ truck and trailer part needs are met on every visit
- Ensuring that customers are invoiced correctly
- Assisting outside sales and delivery with customer’s part order needs
- Working closely with vendors on product knowledge and sales training
- Qualifying every order to determine customer delivery expectations
- Supporting shipping and receiving by pulling pick tickets
- Conducting inventory management and inter-branch transfers
- Identifying, responding to, and resolving customer issues promptly while modeling excellent Customer Service
- Working with customers to maximize sales and increase market share
- Acting as a liaison to outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Ensuring safety initiatives are executed and employees are following safe work practices
- Other duties as assigned
