Customer Service Representative position handles the majority of post sale customer issues for our Green Bay location. This position is in contact with customers on a daily basis; representing the company in a professional manner, providing outstanding Customer Service is of extreme importance. All activities must be carried out in a professional manner.
The Customer Relations Specialist will:
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to obtain details of concerns regarding their appliance and furniture purchases then, take appropriate action; follow company policy.
Act as liaison between customers and manufacturers when necessary.
Track replacement parts that have been ordered from the service center ensuring their arrival to the appropriate location.
Follow payments and reimbursements from manufacturers.
Assist store managers with issues relating to Customer Service.
The individual that fills this position must be passionate about providing excellent Customer Service. They must also have knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer Service, such as customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Great communication and active listening skills are required.
Training for this job will be done at our Appleton location.
This position is part-time, Monday-Friday 20-29 hours per week.
