Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the database (FieldEdge)
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with other departments or escalating to a supervisor if necessary
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (multilingual is a plus)
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer information and provide accurate solutions or recommendations
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
