Customer Service Representative-Office Assistant

Now hiring for an in office position as a State Farm Insurance Agent Customer Service Office Representative - Agent Team Member, for our Chicago (North Side) agency office.

RESPONSIBILITIES........

• Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance Customer Service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification, and other duties.
• Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based insurance review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Network to develop new prospective insurance customers is a variety of ways

QUALIFICATIONS..........

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Strong work ethics

• Team player
• Experience in Windows computer applications and Salesforce
• Property & Casualty and Life and Health Licensed now or able to acquire asap
• Recent/current insurance agency experience helpful
