Calling all Customer Service Representatives! If you have experience in a call center, keep reading. As a Customer Service Representative - MRA, you will be answering inbound calls regarding insurance questions, account verification, and basic account troubleshooting. This position is remote. However, candidates must reside within one hour of Urbandale, Iowa.
Responsibilities:
- Authenticate caller's identity and ensure they are authorized on the account
- Answer inbound calls and emails from clients
- Assist callers in navigating the website, logging in, and resetting passwords
- Make use of multiple applications & internal resources to resolve questions
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Previous call center experience
- Strong computer skills
- Remote work set-up (dedicated, quiet area with high-speed internet - 50mbps)
Work Model:
- Remote
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
