Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an Customer Service Representative member to join our team!
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Contribute a positive in-store presence
- Submit payment transactions on our point-of-sale (POS) system, including purchases, refunds, and rebates
- Assist with product stocking, price changes, and previously submitted cart retrievals
- Give in-store customers up-to-date information on products, services, and pricing
- Professionally package purchased products for customers
- Inform customers of deals and promotions during checkout
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Possesses organization skills
- Possesses multitasking skills
- Professional
- Full time availability preferred
- Ability to follow protocols and rules
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous retail or food service experience recommended but not required (previous cash register use experience)
This is an immediate hire employment opportunity that requires a commute.
