SalarySelect Source in Kimberly, ID is a Customer Service oriented hardware store working with both retail and contractors. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our 10 person strong team. We are a local owned company that offers a great working environment located at 22334 Kimberly Rd. Store hours are 7:30-7:00 Mon-Fri & 8:00-6:00 Saturday, closed Sundays. Our Ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Job Summary
Customer Service Representative is expected to maintain a positive representation of Select Source by providing an outstanding Customer Service experience consistent with company values. The main task of a Customer Service Representative is to assist all customers and maintain a clean and efficient sales floor. They should be willing to continually learn and expand their knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent Customer Service by assisting customers, both in person and on the phone, answering their questions, helping them find merchandise and suggesting add-on sales that will help them complete their project. This may also include processing special orders.
- Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor, including housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with loading products into customer’s vehicles as needed.
- Restock shelves as necessary.
- Assist in taking regular inventory of stock.
- Attend all staff meetings.
- Adhere to all store policies and safety standards.
- Be able to cut keys for customers.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills and a professional attitude
- A working knowledge of the products contained in the store with a willingness to continue to learn
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- The ability to push, pull, and occasionally lift 80 lbs. regularly at work
- The ability to stand the majority of your shift
- The ability to fluently use or learn a computer for checking out customers and looking up information
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong math, reading, writing and communication skills.
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Spanish Speaking (Preferred but not required)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
About Select Source: Select Source Inc. was founded by Lance Godfrey in 2005, starting as a drywall supply yard located in Twin Falls. He realized his dream of owning a Hardware store when he moved to Kimberly in the spring of 2009. With the addition of the hardware store Lance was able to tap into his passion for supporting and making Kimberly a stronger community. With Lance's 30+ years of paint knowledge and experience he brought in the PPG paint line to meet the needs of both the home owner and contractors. In 2011 we expanded into the front of the building giving us more room to improve and enlarge our selection of products. 2011 was also the year Morgan returned to help manage the store. We keep growing to better help our community and the contractors we serve, but be sure that we still hold the same values Lance created when we first opened.
