Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: While previous experience in plumbing and HVAC is not required, a basic understanding of these industries and the products/services offered is beneficial. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends is essential.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and patience is crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills are important to handle multiple customer inquiries, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Administrative functions: Document customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions in our CRM system to facilitate accurate tracking and follow-up actions.
Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians, dispatchers, and managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient coordination.
Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about plumbing and HVAC products/services, pricing, and availability.
Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and technical issues by collaborating with the technical team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide Product Support: Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers, directing complex inquiries to the appropriate technical staff if necessary.
Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, orders, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback to the management team.
