The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$22hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. We're looking for someone who loves helping people and wants to be part of improving lives everyday. This position pays $18-$22 per hour with Bonuses for top performers.

What you will do:
- In-bound/ outbound calls
- Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
- Selling products and services to existing customers
- Handle calls from over-flow
- Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Customer Service
- 2+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation
- Computer/ software knowledge a plus
- Saturdays required.

What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound Customer Service
What you bring:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
