Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide a positive experience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
