Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms.
- Quoting: You'll learn to be an architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices.
- Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance.
- Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients.
- Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin OR Spanish is a Plus
- Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
- Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills in-person, written and online
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
- P&C and/or Life Licensed a Plus - willing to provide classes and train for right candidate
