Customer Service Representative - Wide / Large Format Printing
The Customer Service position requires you to understand printing customer’s needs and the requirements to assist in every layer of contact to retain current customers and to engage in building trust with new prospects.
As part of XPI Customer Service Team you will also be a Customer Service you will work with customers via phone and email in providing them the best method of printing and manufacturing for their projects, while providing them with an estimate for said projects. The estimates must be approved by Omar prior to sharing them with XPI customers.
Calendared follow-up with customers will be established critical directive e ort for updating a live in-house project. Also a critical note is to utilize touch-points to ensure the customer’s attention is focused on XPI’s receipt of artwork and/or approval of digital/hard proofs to move the job into production.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Answer phones, directing as needed
- Work with current customers and prospects via phone and email
- Follow up with estimates as required
- Follow up with ideas and suggestions as required
- Utilize a calendar for specific touchpoints for current customers
- Utilize a calendar for specific touch-points for potential customers
- Help staff with any special projects or functions to enhance the customer experience
