C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Accounting Assistant in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Senior Accounting Assistant: $18.50/hr., Monday- Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Senior Accounting Assistant:

• assist with purchasing and payroll
• preparing financial reports using Excel
• entering into and updating payroll system

Requirements for Senior Accounting Assistant:

• must be familiar with State accounting system (SAM II)
• knowledge of accounting and payroll procedures
• proficient in Microsoft Excel
