Job Description
Acro Blue Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Center representatives that will be the liaison between NSF and new clients that are submitting products for laboratory testing. The successful candidate will be able to answer high volumes of phone calls, chats, and tickets in a timely manner while documenting the primary reason(s) the client contacted NSF. They will provide friendly and efficient Customer Service by following scripts, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues using internal NSF resources, providing solutions, and escalating as necessary. This position will require excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to learn new information as scripts are updated, and attention to detail in documenting the nature of the calls, chats and tickets received.
Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolving large volumes of Customer Service issues through a variety of platforms:
o Answering phone calls.
o Responding to chats.
o Resolving Customer Service tickets.
- First escalation point for client questions
- Follow communication “scripts”, and learning new scripts daily as they are updated
- Document all client conversations (using the NSF CRM) in clear, articulate language
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in customer support role (account management)
_ Previous call center /Customer Service Representative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
- Familiarity with computers, excellent typing skills/speed
- Ability to learn and process new information and apply it during conversations with clients
- Client focus, adaptability to different personality types
- Calm, focused and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and set priorities

- High School diploma
- Fluent in English (additional languages would be helpful)
3 shifts, 1 CSR on each shift.
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
Start date: 3/11.
The week of training (3/11 – 3/15) would be all on the 9 AM – 3 PM shift, and then the week of 3/18 would start their regular shift schedule described originally. To apply please call 313-937-1741.
