Customer Service Representatives (CSR) help customers with product information and services, take orders, and process returns. The CSR will manage customer queries and complaints and process orders, make modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role the CSR will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Will be responsible for booking of trailers, and working with trailer room to help production remain constantly improving.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone and email
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Know products inside and out in order to answer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
