We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with Signature Aspen exceeds expectations. For this role, it's important that the candidate 1. has a track record of working in a Large Format capacity 2. is familiar with a variety of Large Format Printing materials, including vinyl, canvas, fabric, PVC, and specialty substrates, as well as their specific properties and applications.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Relations:
· Serve as the face of Signature Aspen, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
· Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding product details, order status, and any concerns that may arise.
· Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, turning occasional mistakes into opportunities for customer delight.
2. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
· Familiarize yourself with our extensive product line to become an expert advisor for our customers.
· Empower customers with valuable recommendations tailored to their unique needs.
· WOW our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with every interaction.
· Build strong relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and create a customer-centric culture.
· Utilize training and tools provided to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
3. Relationship Management:
· Reach out to existing customers to check for satisfaction and ascertain if additional needs exist.
· Provide information on our latest products and services, showcasing our commitment to continuous improvement.
4. Collaborative Approach:
· Work closely with internal resources to understand customer needs and requirements, recommending the best-suited services.
· Efficiently capture and coordinate customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.
5. Efficient Communication:
· Follow up on quotes promptly and set clear expectations with customers regarding file submission, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
6. Accurate Record Keeping:
· Maintain detailed and accurate customer records utilizing the Print IQ system, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
