Looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) II who is passionate for people and community, service-driven, and highly motivated. This full-time CSRII position works onsite at the Burien Community Center front desk and champions Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services (PaRCS) programs, while supporting organizational operations. Primary duties include answering questions about PaRCS programs, helping community members register for programs for all ages (youth to seniors), and booking and assisting with facility rentals. - Is bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Oromo, Amharic, or Somali preferred)
Education and/or Experience
One year experience in a similar Customer Service position. Knowledge of registration software system preferred.
Special Requirements
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, including credit check.
- Bilingual preferred.
