Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, and email
-Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner -
- Assist with order processing/order entry, tracking, and delivery updates -
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
-Invoice Shipments
-Assist with BOL's and scanning tickets as needed
-Match and track fabric when received in
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a Customer Service role (furniture) is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously -
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems -
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
