Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers, process orders, and provide information in response to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Rate: $19.02/hour.  Sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days of employment.  Position eligible for up to 10% bonus.   

You will:

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous manner
• Enter/import order information into computer, data entry
• Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests
• Review previous order history to clarify ambiguity of order requests
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Perform quality control and notify appropriate party if a discontinued item is ordered
• Generate Order Acknowledgments
• Address potential problems in processing
• Re-distribute requests to different departments
• Develop an understanding of Western Paper products and commonly used acronyms
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards
• Assist in reception duties including answering the phone and directing customer calls and visitors
• Other duties as assigned

You have:

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
• Excellent communication skills
• An outgoing personality, eager attitude to help others
