We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This part-time role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position.
ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Care Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' experience through the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with physical therapy clinicians to craft follow-up activities and/or referrals for patients, leveraging generative artificial intelligence to enhance patient care and support. This collaboration is vital for patients facing emotional challenges with their therapy.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients, particularly those facing emotional challenges, to support their therapy journey and boost motivation.
- Act as a liaison with behavioral health networks, facilitating referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth and organized calendar for our patients and therapists.
- Collect payments post-therapy sessions, managing financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform wellness check-ins, adopting a compassionate approach to assess patients' well-being and satisfaction with their therapy progress.
- Associate degree in Psychology or currently pursuing bachelor's degree. Relevant experience in Customer Service, healthcare, or counseling is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual abilities are a significant plus, enabling us to serve a diverse patient population more effectively.
