Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by providing product and service

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service

Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience Requirements:

Familiarity with various billing systems, Excel and Microsoft office software a plus

Previous experience in a billing system, especially in customer account setup/updating, preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
