POSITION SUMMARY The CSR-2 primary responsibility is to process customer orders as generated by the customers. This requires facilitation of purchase orders in an accurate and efficient manner to assure a smooth production process. This position is essential to the successful conversion of all relevant reference materials to an active production order.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Operation and understanding of The Flesh Operating System required for quotation and order entry
- Responsible for entering of orders received from customers. This involves making the ticket and taking to scheduling.
- Check all orders over $5000 for accuracy.
- Document and arrange releases from inventory.
- File tickets for completed jobs.
- Thorough understanding of production capabilities as they relate to all products produced by The Flesh Company.
- Evaluation and verification of purchase order correspondence with quotation. Verify with customer when questions arise.
- Preparation of materials for return to customer.
- Documentation of Haz-Mat orders.
- Ordering of marketing materials.
- Management of internal forms (i.e. custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, etc.)
- Management of FSI and FSC records
- Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales or Director of Strategic Accounts.
