POSITION SUMMARY The CSR-2 primary responsibility is to process customer orders as generated by the customers. This requires facilitation of purchase orders in an accurate and efficient manner to assure a smooth production process. This position is essential to the successful conversion of all relevant reference materials to an active production order.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Operation and understanding of The Flesh Operating System required for quotation and order entry
• Responsible for entering of orders received from customers. This involves making the ticket and taking to scheduling.
• Check all orders over $5000 for accuracy.
• Document and arrange releases from inventory.
• File tickets for completed jobs.
• Thorough understanding of production capabilities as they relate to all products produced by The Flesh Company.
• Evaluation and verification of purchase order correspondence with quotation. Verify with customer when questions arise.
• Preparation of materials for return to customer.
• Documentation of Haz-Mat orders.
• Ordering of marketing materials.
• Management of internal forms (i.e. custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, etc.)
• Management of FSI and FSC records
• Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales or Director of Strategic Accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.58 per hour
