JR286 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our stellar Dakine Equipment sales team. In this role, you will work together with the Customer Service team towards common goals and objectives and provide superior Customer Service in a consistent and dependable manner. You will proactively communicate with internal and external customers and initiate action to establish goals and make appropriate decisions to achieve desired results. We constantly commit to find new ways to improve, be more efficient and maximize customer satisfaction, and expect the same from each new member to join us.
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming emails and calls from consumers and customers regarding Dakine warranties
- Return messages promptly within 24 hours
- Drive improvements to warranty process
- Review & manage warranties in Google doc and Zendesk
- Troubleshoot missing warranty information
- Communicate with retailer or consumer approval or denial
- Process/create coupon codes in Shopify
- Manage warranty@dakine.com
- Create monthly share outs on warranty claims and feedback
- Create and maintain a monthly report of warranty to share with internal teams
- Front desk coverage includes coordinating office lunches and meetings
- Take lead on JR employee purchases and marketing orders
- Maintain a positive working relationship with many internal departments, sales reps, and customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and new product release
- Participate in team meetings
- Send out daily lunch emails to employees.
- Keep the supply room stocked and organized
- Distribute physical mail to various teams
- Work with the administrative assistant to replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
- Greet and assist office visitors
- Other duties as assigned
What to Bring:
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service or warranty experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Action sports industry knowledge/experience is highly desired
- Self-starter and team player
- Super organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
