The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent Customer Service to help resolve customer issues and interact with customers and technicians to coordinate service appointments. The opening for this position works Tuesday through Saturday 11am-8pm.
Essential Job Functions

• Take inbound service calls from customers needing assistance with their residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Assign calls to the appropriate location.
• Provide professional and timely service arrival time frames with customers.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient and quality customer experiences.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships by promoting a team atmosphere.
• Professional phone presence.
• Computer literate.
• A strong work ethic and ambition to be successful.
• High level of professionalism to establish customer rapport, encouraging customer loyalty.

Experience/Education:

• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• $16 - $18 per hour
