We are looking for new team members who like to work evening hours and have availability on weekends! If this type of schedule fits your work/life balance, Rug Doctor is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our 2:00p-10:30p shift to assist our customers, stores and team members. If you enjoy helping others, have the ability to provide solutions, and are ready to make a difference in Customer Service, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Ability to work 2:00p to 10:30p shift, with weekends
- Effective phone and email communication skills
- Effective computer skills to type and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Have a High School Diploma, a plus
Your Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
- Answer inbound phone calls from consumers, store personnel, and fellow employees to resolve inquiries on renting machines, products, etc
- Maintain a high level of world class Customer Service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Computer knowledge in order to navigate computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Assist field and corporate office team members as needed
- Ability to adapt to change in order to achieve individual/team performance goals
- Contact stores, prior renters and coordinate return of lost/unreturned machines, as requested
