Description

Location Requirements: This role is remote and based in Oregon.

Your role on the team:

As a Senior Advisor, Analytics, you will support customers as a subject matter expert (SME) in the successful use and application of Frontline Solutions, primarily our Business Analytics suite, including monthly budgeting and multi-year financial forecasting solutions. As part of this support, you will establish and grow relationships, assist users with product use, connect customers to the product’s outputs and values based on their needs, and support the overall education of the market through participation in webinars, industry conferences, and similar events. As part of Frontline Education’s Customer Success team, the Analytics Advisors also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Products, and other internal teams to support the success of Frontline Education’s strategy and objectives.

You can expect to:

  • Provide value-adding advisory service to customers to support their success with Frontline solutions. The advisory service model includes both in-person and remote engagements, with some being 1 to 1 with customers and some being 1 to many (webinars, workshops, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding of new customers including data acquisition and implementation, building out reports and dashboards, and training users.
  • Contribute to the attainment of company retention objectives by delivering advisory services that support excellent customer experiences and customer advocacy.
  • Contribute to the attainment of revenue objectives by identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Share the “customer voice” internally with stakeholders including other customers, sales, marketing, product, and software development teams.
  • Monitor legislative environments, industry requirements, and trends. Externally, educate the market on how to use Frontline solutions to adapt to changes. Internally, advise stakeholders on changes and how to adapt to them.
  • Support planning and delivery of value-add content for conferences, webinars, workshops, and other customer events.
  • Contribute to sales presentations, proposals, marketing plans, and support materials as needed.
  • Use CRM and other applications to document and track customer interactions, services provided, and issue resolution.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to others within Frontline as needed.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role:

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships (internally and externally) that build customer trust and commitment.
  • Proficiency preparing clear and concise project presentations, business cases, project proposals/strategies, and data analysis with conclusions and recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous, autonomous situations.
  • Proven ability to engage people effectively at all levels within client organizations.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and adapt as needed to achieve mutually beneficial objectives and goals.
  • Ability to effectively record customer interaction, both face-to-face and through remote service and support.
  • Demonstrated record of analytical skills, issue resolution, and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time with periodic extended time away for conferences and company meetings

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent work experience (master’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience as a school finance administrator or a role working within the business office of a K-12 public school district is preferred.
  • Experience working with or working knowledge of public-school funding and finance in Oregon is preferred.
  • Experience working with education-related state organizations and/or associations.
