We are looking for an enthusiastic BDC representative to join our team at Lexus of Sarasota. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone, booking appointments for service, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
- Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries
- Logging customer details and comments in our system
- Scheduling appointments and following up
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Collecting and posting payments accurately in our accounting system
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership

- Proficiency in operational software such as CDK, Chat Software, and ELEAD CRM.
- Excellent phone skills, expectation to handle 120+ calls per day.
- Clear communication skills
- Being bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
- Be dependable and able to manage multiple responsibilities
