Job Description Summary:
Taking inbound calls in a remote call center assisting agents and/or policyholders with insurance related questions and or tasks within job description.
Job Description:
As a part of a call center team the member is expected to answer inbound calls from insurance agents and/or policyholders providing excellent Customer Service. The role of a Customer Service Representative will range from 1-5 different skill sets and or cross training in several companies as utilizes shared resources as a method of providing the best Customer Service to all clients. A Customer Service Representative will assist agents in navigating company sites, walking them through uploading document processes, providing time frames and answering billing questions. Assisting policyholders with billing inquiries, payment queries and general questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous background in homeowners' insurance
- Previous background in an inbound call center Customer Service role
- Computer skills
- Typing skills

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
