Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers on the phone.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Process new applications, current policies, and payments.
• Maintain follow-up process and complete tasks regularly.
• Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired, such as conducting client appointments, policy holder coverage analysis and evaluation, sales of insurance products and financial services based on customer needs.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understand that each interaction with a customer is an opportunity to generate new business.

• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum 2 years recent State Farm experience.
• Ideally based in Pacific Time Zone (PT).
