King's Row Trailer and RV Park is family owned and operated for more than 65+ years and is one of the largest RV parks in Southern Nevada and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Financial Assistant to join our team. King's Row Trailer and RV Park is conveniently located 15-minutes from downtown Las Vegas and 10-minutes from the Strip off Boulder Hwy.
The Customer Service Representative - Financial Assistant shares responsibility for all aspects of the front office and Customer Service duties for the King's Row Trailer and RV Park. This role provides exemplary customer to residents, RV guests and other customers, and provides financial assistance for management. This position delivers essential Park information, handles payments, responds to customer complaints and reviews, triages incoming customer traffic, and maintains spreadsheets and reconcile accounts.
Job Duties:
- Answers the phone and greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner while providing Park information and registers overnight RV guests.
- Maintains electronic tenant records, including but not limited to vehicle registrations, electric meter readings, and rent billing.
- Takes care of emergency and/or "immediate need" situations when managers are not available.
- Research and resolve residents and guests complaints and respond to customer on-line reviews. Communicates effectively with management regarding customer complaints and issues,
- Update and control social medial platforms.
- Assists management with special reports and filings.
- Process customer payments and handle nightly cash-out by following proper procedures and documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, audit cash deposits and nightly check-outs.
- Manage quarterly utility billings and complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Excellent ability to multi-task using multiple screens and systems while communicating with customers.
- Excellent Customer Service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be a good decision maker with good time management and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer calls and inquires with empathy and professionalism.
- Must have good discussion making and problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel experience.
- Willing to become a Nevada Notary.
- Excellent customer and service skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Flexibility - need to be able to complete tasks on time and work within tight deadlines.

- Must be willing to work weekends and have flexible hours depending on high demand "peak" times of the year.
- Ability to work alone or as a part of a team to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Pass a consumer credit and criminal background screening.
- Submit a pre-employment drug screening and post-employment random screenings.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs or more.
- Able to be active in walking outside and/or standing for extended periods, lift supplies, sitting at a desk, reaching, and bending.
- Able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions may require some outdoor work.
