Frandsen Bank & Trust, Foley is seeking a professionally helpful and courageous full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is curious to learn and embrace change while consistently and proactively working to ensure a pleasant experience for customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, accurately processing customer transactions-examining for proper endorsements, verifying identity, signatures, and balances. Successful applicants will promote, educate, and advise customers about other products and services in person and through incoming and outgoing phone calls. The CSR would also be assisting in community events and promotions, proactively protecting our customers, and helping to deter fraud.
Hours of work will be Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. Work schedule will be 30-40 hours per week.
