Established residential HVAC company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, determine clients needs and create service tickets.
- Make outbound customer follow up calls.
- General filing and administration.
- Other duties and responsibilities to be determined.
Qualifications:
- High energy and pleasant personality.
- Superior verbal & listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook) a plus.
- Experience with SAGE100 is a plus
- Must be able to work independently, self-review, have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
