Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding our construction services, pricing, timelines, and other relevant details.
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our construction services and products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical information to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed responses to customer queries.
Remote Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional Customer service.
Utilize remote communication tools and software effectively to collaborate with team members.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer issues by working collaboratively with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather feedback on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve Customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using remote communication tools and CRM systems is a plus.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Customer service or construction-related fields are a plus.
