Spherion Staffing is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join a large client's Customer Service Call Center team in College Station, Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Provide prompt and courteous assistance, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Issue Resolution:
Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Accurately input customer information, orders, and interactions into the system.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
Educate customers about product features, specifications, and benefits.
Phone Etiquette:
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all telephone interactions.
Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2+ years experience preferred

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
