Data Entry and Documentation:
Accurately input customer information, orders, and interactions into the system.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
Educate customers about product features, specifications, and benefits.
Phone Etiquette:
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all telephone interactions.
Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
