The Role:

We're seeking dedicated and ambitious individuals to fill our Customer Service Representative positions. In this role, you'll assist clients facing challenging financial situations, offering them guidance and support.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10am - 6:30pm or 12pm - 8:30pm.
• Enjoy weekends off and weekly pay!

Compensation:

• Training pay: $12.00 per hour.
• Post-training pay: $15.00 per hour.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Handle all inbound calls, providing top-notch assistance to clients.
• Understand and effectively use our client profile database.
• Embrace the challenge of learning and growing with the company.
• Potential to advance to an Assistant position with higher pay.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows-based programs and capable of navigating multiple screens.
• Strong communication skills and adept at solving problems.
• Proficient typing speed (40 wpm), with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay organized and multitask.
• Commitment to respectful and empathetic client interactions.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and handle various scenarios.
• Passionate about continuous learning and personal growth.
• Reliability and team-oriented work ethic are crucial.
• Must be available to start immediately!
