Customer Service Representative - Nefab Packaging West

Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Newark California team is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for accurately processing complex customer orders from order entry to delivery, payment, and receipt.

Each of our customer solutions is unique, thus, each order requires high levels of communication and coordination between sales, estimation, sourcing, accounting, and operations to ensure excellence in Customer Service. Customer orders include custom manufactured sales, traded items, and services, largely supporting the Telecom industry.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player with an eye for detail. In this role, you will work closely with Nefab LA, Tucson, and the Global Advanced Technology Team.

This position is located in Newark California (San Jose), and you will report to Joel Poggensee, Customer Service Manager for the West.

Your profile

• University Degree or College Diploma/Certificate in logistics, supply chain, or business administration or equivalency in a combination of education and experience
• Experience working in Customer Service, or Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Hands-on approach
