Our client portfolio is growing and now our team must match it. We are hiring and training a Customer Service Representative to manage the sales and customer accounts within our local region. The Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company and the brand they are assigned, therefore, must possess and maintain a professional demeanor. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Customer Account Manager. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for their assigned region and must collect customer data and information through one-on-one interactions and strategize day by day. Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-facing promotional offerings within their assigned region
- Provide insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision
- Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process when they become a member of our client
- Bring creative and innovative ideas to the Customer Service team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client
- Promote working sales trends to the rest of the Customer Service team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and within the team
- Submit daily sales to the executive team to stay on track of reaching company and personal sales goals*
Requirements:
- Customer Service, management, sales experience is preffered
- Open to adapting to understand various market and sales trends throughout the region assigned
- Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills
- A degree within a relevant field is preferred but not a requirement
- Travel throughout the region (reimbursement of travel is given) to meet with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
