What We’re Looking for!
We’re looking for exceptional Customer Service Representativein Minneapolis, MN to play a vital role in delivering exceptional Customer Service and promoting our electrical services to our valued clients. This position combines the responsibilities of answering inbound calls, making outbound sales calls, and requires a blend of Customer Service and sales skills. We value the growth and development of our team members and aim to promote from within whenever possible.

What You’ll Do
Inbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and helpful information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing customer inquiries regarding our electrical services
Outbound Sales Calls
- Make proactive outbound calls to clients to share our electrical services and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of outbound calls and follow-up activities
Customer Service
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Follow established protocols and scripts when interacting with clients to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience

- Engage proactively in team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, ideas, and feedback to continuously improve our processes and service delivery

What Makes YOU Great!
- 2+ years of previous Customer Service or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to team success
Additional Information
- Office hours are 7:00am - 4:30pm
- There may be times when we are short-staffed due to unforeseen circumstances and flexibility to cover the hours is needed. Our expectation is for a full 40-hour work week
- All CSRs are required to log into the phones and are a part of the call rotation
- Adherence and Compliance of the Weeknight/Weekends/Holiday Policy
