Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and build rapport with customers.
- Provide high quality Customer Service. This includes but is not limited to answering questions pertaining to coverages, completing changes to policies, setting up online accounts, and any billing clarifications.
- Proactively review customers policies and follow through on commitments.
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Skills/Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience of Customer Service
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (not required, will need to obtain once hired)
