Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable, attendance conscious employee for your Customer Service position. The position includes understanding all communicative information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures. Candidate would be able to assist customers in resolving any issues, order fulfillment requests, maintain customer records, and retain relations with our customers. Candidate would be answering calls and assist customers in placing orders, refunds or exchanges. Also included in the job positions taking payment information, handle product recalls and generate and develop new business. Candidate would have a high school diploma or equivalent GED with at least 2 years experience in the Customer Service area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
