Customer Service Representative

Position Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Eastbrunswick, NJ (Onsite)

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday 9:00am-2:00pm

Salary: $18-21/hr (Based on call center experience)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound communication channels (phone, email, chat, messenger) promptly and professionally, addressing consumer inquiries and resolving issues.

• Troubleshoot product problems and manage warranty claims and return authorization processes.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and capitalize on marketing promotions to generate additional revenue.

• Utilize Navision software for order entry and ZenDesk for customer support, ensuring accurate documentation of orders and consumer contracts.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation as per internal procedures.

• Collaborate with shipping and production departments to ensure efficient product shipping.

• Assist the Customer Service Manager with creating written documentation, responses, and other knowledge-based materials.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

• Provide input for departmental improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to learn and retain technical product information.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

• Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to follow-through.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
