Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
