Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to communicate and enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in Customer Service AND a print related industry
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable with outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.75 - $33.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
