Job Description: Provide excellent Customer Service by ensuring the prompt and precise processing of customer inquiries, orders, and warranty replacements by phone, fax, and electronically. Provide support to Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. Maintain organized workflow processes to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining data integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on timeliness and courteous communication.
Handling faxed and electronic communications promptly and courteously to ensure smooth operations.
Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and proactively researching issues to provide effective solutions and alternatives.
Maintaining an organized workspace and email records to facilitate seamless operations
Assessing and determining the optimal course of action for addressing damaged, defective, or other product related issues
Skillfully resolving customer complaints with commitment to customer satisfaction
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers by exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service.
Contributing ideas and insights to enhance procedures and streamline processes within the department
Fostering a collaborative and harmonious environment within the department to promote teamwork and productivity
Job Requirements
Must have 2 years minimum experience in a customer support role.
Must have strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening.
Must have basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Must be able to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Must know 10-key by touch.
Must be self-motivated.
Must have a professional appearance.
Must be prompt and have good attendance.
Must be detail oriented.
Minimum of 40wpm
Minimum of 7000 kpr
