We're growing and looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for our clients and ensuring a positive relationship is maintained.
* Managing client accounts and providing tailored service to meet their needs.
* Working closely with our marketing team to coordinate and execute live events and pop-ups.
* Troubleshooting and resolving any issues clients may face with a positive and solutions-focused approach.
* Leveraging social media platforms to engage with clients and consumers, enhancing their experience with our brand.
* Actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve services and client satisfaction.
