Leominster Animal Hospital is actively looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards our patients, clients, and Leominster Animal Hospital team. A positive and motivating attitude is a must. This candidate would be confident in greeting clients and patients, answering phones, processing payments and answering basic questions regarding medical care and recommendations. Leominster understands the veterinary industry is constantly advancing and we encourage and support our staff to do the same. Requirements:

• 1+ years of prior veterinary experience
• 1+ years of experience as a receptionist in the healthcare field
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Positive team player willing to continue to learn
• Must be able to work different shifts, day, night, and some Saturday mornings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
